Respiratory Syncytial Virus Vaccine - An important Public Health intervention: Focus on Adults

The CDC has published the ACIP approved recommendations for the use of RSV vaccine in adults.  The American Pharmacists Association has published a new resource for all practitioners who see patients at risk from RSV. The APhA resource supports ACIP's shared decision making approach and includes patient conversation starter tips, along with answers to common questions asked by patients. The two FDA approved vaccines (Arexvy and Abrysvo) are compared along with their use in at risk adults and pregnant women 32-36 weeks gestation.
